Statement of Quality

Only original specified factory components are utilized in the repair of the products. All products have their own custom test fixture and are thoroughly tested and calibrated prior to leaving our facility. Some passive components (electrolytic capacitors) are replaced even though they may be working, if their date code is more than 5 years old - this replacement is for preventative maintenance.

Piece Part Procurement

Allestec will not supply customers schematics or any proprietary property. Components can be purchased by themselves providing they can be removed without soldering, example - UV source lamps, chassis parts, etc.

Warranty

Repair warranty is 90 days for parts and labor. This warranty is valid only for the specific repair that was completed.
